Starting next year, AWOMB nishikiyamachi’s vegan dish “Teori-sushi YOH” will be served at AWOMB karasuma honten so that more customers can enjoy the AWOMB food culture.
This will create a new place where vegan and vegetarian customers and non-vegetarian customers can gather around the table and enjoy the flavors of AWOMB together. To achieve this, AWOMB karasuma honten will also renovate the kitchen and provide services that meet the needs of a wide range of customers.
In conjunction with this, AWOMB nishikiyamachi will close its doors on Sunday, December 29, 2024, and will be reborn as a new type of store. We will strive to create a store that is unique to us and provide an even more fulfilling experience.
The start date for serving “Teori-sushi YOH” at AWOMB karasuma honten and the opening date of the new store have not yet been decided, but we will let you know as soon as they are decided.
