Starting today, we have started accepting reservations for osechi at our online shop.
This is a set of 20 types of New Year dishes and sushi rice that you can cook at home. The sushi rice base is cooked with Koshihikari rice from Tanba and served with sushi vinegar made with Chidori Vinegar from Kyoto Murayama Zozu.
If you wrap it with osechi ingredients in the included grilled seaweed from the Ariake Sea, you can create a special “Teori-sushi” only for New Year’s!
Also, this year, only for the first 60 people, we will deliver it to you in a slightly special wooden box! Please consider ordering early!
